Welcome to Patola by Prakash Bhai
Our Heritage
Rajkot Patola has been synonymous with unparalleled craftsmanship and timeless elegance in the world of Patola sarees. Established in 1974, our journey began with a vision to preserve and celebrate the rich heritage of Patola weaving, a tradition deeply rooted in the cultural tapestry of India.
Every thread, every motif, tells a story of tradition, heritage, and unparalleled craftsmanship.
Our Craftsmanship
At Patola by Prakash Bhai, each saree is a masterpiece crafted by skilled artisans who have inherited the art of Patola weaving through generations.
To craft a Patola Saree, the pure muslin silk yarn goes through rigorous processes which includes designing, warp and weft technique, tie and dying, weaving and finishing.
Meet Our Artisans
Our team of 100+ in-house artisans, with unwavering dedication and expertise, breathe life into each Patola saree. They meticulously preserve centuries-old techniques, ensuring that every piece reflects the essence of authenticity and cultural richness.
Creating a single Patola Saree is a collaborative effort, requiring the skills of around 12 artisans over a period of six months to sometimes a year. Each member of our team plays a vital role in bringing out the true regal charm of Patola Art.
Our Craftsmanship
Because we at Patola by Prakash Bhai believe that Patola Art in itself is a match made by humans. To preserve the art, it is vital to use the purest raw materials so it can effuse its magical and royal essence.
With a focus on customer satisfaction, we guarantee the authenticity of our sarees, delivering not just a product but a legacy of elegance and tradition.
