Refund policy


Please be informed that Patola by Prakash Bhai is the brand of Rajkot Patola Arts.Ā 


We don't offer returns on our products.

If they are found damaged here is our policy on returns:


1. Eligible products (If found Damaged) can only be returned within 3 days after delivery. In case the package is received in damaged condition, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately by calling us at +91 70486 36593

2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us at Patolabyprakashbhai@gmail.com a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will take the necessary action.

3. Any customized order cannot be exchanged or returned.

4. Our team must receive and approve your request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up.

5. Once your return has been authorized, we will issue a store credit note or we can refund the amount deducting the shipping charges against the purchase.Ā 

The refund of your damaged products will be credited in customers a/c by 10 days.

6. We aim to process all returns within one week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to us at patolabyprakashbhai@gmail.com

7. All returns are subject to the discretion of Patola by Prakash Bhai.


CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not allow for the cancellation of orders placed. We request you to shop with indulgence and patience so that the item you purchase is something you love.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect.

    We do not accept the exchange of a product for reasons like:

    • Not like the Color
    • Not eligible for Size Exchange.
    • Not like the Design/Material
    • Or simply a change of mind
    • Items bought on sale/discount cannot be exchanged.
    • Products that are Customized, as per the instructions of the customer will not be eligible for exchange.

    If your purchase meets our exchange criteria stated above, please email us at Patolabyprakashbhai@gmail.comĀ within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

    • Order number
    • Delivery address
    • Specify the reason for exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item as soon as the packaging has been opened.

    We unfortunately will not be able to entertain emails or images sent over after 48 hours of delivery. Our policy lasts 48 hours of delivery. If 48 hours have gone by since the product has been delivered, we won’t be able to offer you an exchange.

    We'd request you ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original documents including tags, order invoice etc.

    If there is a genuine defect in the product, we're happy to exchange your product for a replacement, the same product, or a different product of the same value within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check.

    All exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer. On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges in case of any manufacturing defects in the product or an incorrect product has been delivered to you.

    Verified
